Orders & custom products

Many of our products are custom-made based on the options and files you provide. Please review all details carefully before placing an order.

Once production begins, custom orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Pricing & payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe).

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if an error occurs.

Shipping

Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Standard, Priority, and Express shipping options may be available depending on the order and destination.

Free Standard Shipping may ship by USPS envelope for eligible small sticker orders and may not include tracking. Priority and Express shipping include tracking when available from the carrier.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility, but we will assist you in resolving delivery issues when possible.
